Shipping Fees
We will ship the jewelry using Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service. Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. All Canadian packages will include insurance and an email will be sent to you with a tracking number so you will be able to trace your package through Canada Post. Packages can take anywhere from 4 to 10 days to arrive in Canada.
We charge a flat rate of $9.95 for packages mailed anywhere in Canada.
USA and International orders will be charged according to actual shipping fees. International customers are responsible for any additional duties/taxes or charges that may apply. Orders may take up to 3 weeks to arrive. Additional shipping fees will apply. Please use the "Contact Us" form for rates.
If you are local, you are welcome to pick up your order to save on the shipping fee. If you would like to have your packaged hand delivered, a small delivery fee will apply. Contact us for further information. kisjewels@hotmail.com

NEW SHIPPING OPTION FOR OUR ONTARIO BASED CUSTOMERS
For our local customers, (Ontario based) if you would like to save on the shipping fee, I can mail your item out through the regular postal system. It may take a little longer to arrive but the mailing fee would be around $3.00. The item you are wishing to purchase must lay flat in a padded mailing envelope or I will have to put it in a mailing box and the regular shipping fee of $9.95 would apply.
If you place the order through the site, and choose to have it mailed regular mail, I will reimburse you difference in the shipping fee. Please note there is no tracking number available this way.
