Local Customer Pick Up Order Form
For our local customers, please do not use the Paypal system unless you wish to have your items mailed. If there is an item you are wanting to purchase, please use this "Pick Up Order Form" located below. All we need to create an invoice for you is the code number located beside the name of the piece of jewelry. We will then create a separate invoice for you so that the shipping fee will not be charged.
Once the order is put together, we will email you your invoice in a PDF file and arrangements can then be made for pick up or delivery. At the time of pick up or delivery, the only payment option will be cash or cheque.
We are not set up with a credit or debit terminal. If you wish to use credit or debit, we can create an special invoice through Paypal, removing the shipping fee. Please let us know which method of payment you are wishing to use in the order email.
